Meet your Forest Therapy Guide

Hello beautiful soul, I’m Carnation Rhoden—Certified Sylvotherapist and Forest Bathing Guide, and the founder of Rooted Remedies Collective.

Nature has always been my refuge. My own healing journey has shaped the way I walk this path. Living with chronic illness has tested my strength, faith, and resilience—but it has also drawn me closer to God and the stillness of His creation. Forest therapy became a sanctuary, a sacred space where I could quiet the noise of the world and receive peace beyond understanding. It didn’t change my diagnosis, but it transformed my spirit. It gave me clarity, comfort, and a way to reconnect with the divine through the natural world He created.

Over time, I began to realize something deeper: I don’t want to contribute to the status quo anymore. I no longer feel called to feed the corporate machine or live in constant disconnection. I believe in a different way of being—one that’s rooted in simplicity, wholeness, and alignment with the natural world. A lifestyle that steps off the conveyor belt and returns to what truly matters. That’s what Rooted Remedies Collective is all about.

Outside of this work, I’ve always found joy in simple, grounding practices—especially hiking. There’s something about walking through the woods, hearing the crunch of leaves beneath your feet and feeling the wind on your skin, that brings me back to center. It’s not just a hobby—it’s another way of listening, of praying, of remembering who I am.

This journey has shown me that healing is not a solo act—it’s something we experience in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the Earth. The Earth and the trees are my partners—my co-facilitators and companions in this work. Every session is a shared experience between you, me, and the living world around us. We’re not separate from nature—we are nature, created in harmony with it. And when we remember that, something powerful begins to shift.

I believe healing begins in the heart and mind. What we feed our inner world shapes how we move through the outer one. True healing often starts with looking inward—being willing to face what’s been hidden, to sit with what hurts, and to do the shadow work that brings light. Nature helps us do this gently. When we return to the forest, we return to presence, to clarity, and to the sacred space where reflection and restoration can finally take root.

As both an intuitive and a precognitive empath, I experience the world in ways that are deeply felt and often beyond words. I sense the energies and emotions of others as if they were my own, allowing me to hold space in a way that feels gentle, grounded, and profoundly attuned. I also receive spiritual insights—inner guidance that often helps me sense when something is shifting or unfolding, even before it fully comes to light. These gifts are part of my God-given abilities rooted in discernment, meant to help guide, protect, and serve with love and intention.

This work isn’t just a practice. It’s a calling. It’s community. It’s a collective of healing rooted in presence, Earth connection, and soul-deep restoration.

You’re invited—just as you are.

Let’s return to the roots, together.

Peace and love always,
Carnation Rhoden
