What is a Rooted Resonance session?

A "Rooted Resonance" is a guided outdoor experience that combines forest bathing practices and crystal singing bowl sound baths to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and reconnection.

It includes:

  • Mindful arrival + slow walk through a natural setting to transition out of daily pace
  • Sensory immersion practice (sight, sound, touch, scent awareness in nature)
  • A tree connection practice (such as mindful presence or physical grounding with trees)
  • Sit spot: quiet time in stillness to observe and integrate
  • Crystal singing bowl sound bath

Do I need to be physically fit or outdoorsy to participate?

Not at all. Rooted Resonances are slow, gentle, and accessible to most people. Sessions focus on presence rather than pace, and walking (when included) is minimal and unhurried.

If you have any concerns about mobility or accessibility, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to support your needs and suggest the most suitable experience.

What should I bring or wear?

Dress comfortably for the weather and wear shoes suitable for natural terrain.

It’s a good idea to bring water, layers, and sun protection if needed.

Anything you personally need for comfort is encouraged (medications, inhalers, etc.).

For your comfort during the session, I provide all resting materials:

  • Solo sessions: yoga mat, pillow, and blanket
  • Group sessions: outdoor mat setup with pillows and blankets
  • Eye masks are also available if you’d like to use one

Is a Rooted Resonance session suitable for all ages?

Rooted Resonances are a slow, sensory experience that’s generally best suited for adults and older teens. That said, I welcome families to reach out if they’re interested in a private session that may include children.

Because every child is different, I just ask that you connect with me first so we can decide together if it’s a good fit.

Trained service animals are always welcome. Pets are not permitted, to help maintain a calm, focused atmosphere for all participants.

How long does a session last?

Sessions typically last between 1–1.5 hours depending on the experience format.

While I do my best to stay within that range, I also guide intuitively. I honor the moment, individual/group needs, and the energy of the land.
